Others use to describe me as Outgoing, Sociable, Fun
3 words to describe a successful career
Achievement, Success, Enjoyment
What Is Personal Branding?
THE BRAND IS YOU!!! It is how the world perceives you. it is the strategy you will put in place to achieve whatever goals you want your brand to achieve. A largely uniform perception or impression of an individual view based on their experience or expertise.
your experience is what in your background has made you what you are now your brand needs to be made from these different aspects as that is the best way to make an authentic brand.

above is a logo I made for my art Instagram which I created for this module this is how I will be seen by people as my personal brand.
Raising Self Awareness: The first step to knowing yourself and the only way to do this is by reflecting on my own skills abilities and experiences such as what I discussed in my SWOT analysis.
THE BETTER YOU KNOW YOURSELF THE BETTER YOU CAN MARKET YOURSELF
70% of employers use social media to screen candidates.
43% of employers use social media to keep track of current employees

Then we were shown the fly task, we were asked to look a the shapes and to see what they were starting with an arrow then blocks of a different variety, the fly is looking right back at us seeing this fly on the wall when you're selling a brand you want to get people to concentrate on the skills and talents which lets you learn how to really market yourself.
Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi describes it as FLOW and our goal should always be to show others what the flow of our brand is. Additionally, if your band can show your values then it will allow others to clearly see what yours are.
USP'S unique selling point, my degree is part of me however my skills and values are kor about what I'm about and show the full package that a company will get by marketing yourself.

PERSONAL STATEMENTS - My example
Choose me for your job role and you will get an energetic and hard-working individual with the passion to create new interesting ideas for this workplace. With my experience as a set designer and my previous work experience, I think I would be ideal for the role your offering.
My takeaway from this session is the importance of personal branding and how you present yourself to the world, these are things such as a ''USP'' that can separate yourself from others, while throughout life you are told to blend in so to think of things in such a backward way is strange to me but this idea of presenting the most desirable self to an employer means I will need to change my way of thinking.
