This week were having out tutorials, presenting our current ideas and what we had gotten from these last few sessions. This session was difficult for myself as I had been struggling to think of my idea in a physical form. This I think co insides with my own struggle to give my physical ideas written form vice versa.

For the tutorial brought my notes of what i was thinking so far and started by sharing these to give a gist of what i wanted to look at and it seems highly focused on memory, wanting to be remembered and constantly changing ideas and thoughts that i find difficult to articulate to others who Domont think like myself.

Next was my first initial sketches of what i had come up with these were as follows. I have also come up with a sort of repeating pattern that I think I will try and incorporate into my project. The idea of a set of revolving doors i think works well to help both articulate my idea as a pmysical piece but also fully encompases the idea of constantly chaning thoughts that are there one minute and gone the next is shown by the way each door if you think has a revolving face however in my case these door faces would be pages of my manifesto constantly able to change and shift.

My goal after this week is to research deeper into memory and art and how the two coincide and the point of my manifesto is for it to be a structure for myself and anyone else to follow as a part of their design principals and how they go about creating a piece of work in terms of mental stop checks etc. As i always never think id like my manifesto to be something i could have on my desk and spin through and think am i being true to this manifesto as a designer.
