OBSERVATION AND REPRESENTATION - WEEK 5

Finally, to end my story, I wanted to incorporate this artwork from the Salford art museum trip that we went on I chose to bring the babies out of it and turn them into characters, I wanted them to be like creatures or spirits that had been in hiding in the park but due to the pollution and vandalism, they were forced to go, however now that the park has been cleared of pollution and all of the people and vandals have been forced away they can come out of hiding and can finally roam the park again I thought that this would be a really interesting way of ending my story while giving me the chance to bring in a final character and flesh out the world I have been trying to build up.

To make my spirits I went into photoshop and took the original image and then removed the babies, then my pictures of the park were set to greyscale as in the world I tried to create the black and white represents what can't be seen by normal people. Almost as if they were in their own world in the park with vandals, creaturs, axe monsters and fish. I placed them crawling out from behind a series of buildings, and old stone monuments as I felt this was a really interesting look and it is eye-catching and draws in the audience looking at it.
