These pages are all based around trying to manage my best and worst habits that stem from my ADHD, they are themed around my thought patters and compulsive habits that really don't help or help too much. By trying to use this manifesto to keep these in check each page helps me to have a more consistent and structured design process.
Here you can see the final pages of things I wish to stick by as a designers, to goal of these is more to help myself through my long-term life practicing, these are to be used as checkpoints for myself to see I am on track and will complete tasks and think about my work in a more retrospective way.
