For my manifesto I'm really trying to look at this from a very personal standpoint, this projects goal for me is to create something simple similar to the checklist seen in Red's work. After thinking of the initial idea of revolving doors in term of a constant cycle. I have lived my whole life struggling with leaving a room and forgetting why i even stood up and just standing there and to be honest if it keeps up once i leave university and go into industry I'm incredibly worried I wont be able to keep up as ill end up accidently self sabotaging without even knowing. The goal of my manifesto is under the guise of ''KISS'' Keep It Structured Stupid. If i can use the manifesto as a physical tool to look through and think more deeply about the artworks I am creating and the ideas i have. My overall design language will follow in a more cohesive as pattern though out my career but if I cant even fix this problem as a designer I may end up forgetting the most creative idea I have ever thought.

These images I have chosen as visual research, although silly they accurately represent where my mind end ups traveling to, whether I choose to or not.

This mess of thoughts constantly combining.

The collision of idea's with no where to go, and end up being forgotten as I don't take time to think about something as a design choice as i want to get to the interesting part of the project.

Constantly changing thoughts that never stop.

this quote has really stuck out to me it goes as follows
Rick Green agrees; “Everyone impacted by ADHD has their own issues and their own solutions.”
“Ideally you make your own holistic toolbox of structures and tricks,” said Green. “For me, it’s yoga, mindfulness meditation, a mostly vegan diet, medication when I need it, a coach, online planning tools, etc.”
I think the idea of creating a holistic toolbox sticks out to me, the medical definition -
MEDICINE characterized by the treatment of the whole person, taking into account mental and social factors, rather than just the symptoms of a disease.
The disease of ADHD has no cure its with me for life however I think creating a manifesto to help treat myself as a whole, I plan to do this by creating a mental checklist of sorts which by fixing myself holistically Intern my Art should follow. In my earlier Ideas on the manifesto i noticed I wrote down a cycle.

This pattern is what I hope to address, the free wrighting exercise helped me to realise how much I care about remembering thing and my ultimate goal of my work leaving an impact on someone and when they grow up remembering watchin g something i created.
Looking at this article by https://www.understood.org/articles/en/attention-how-its-different-from-working-memory its discusses ways of helping memory within children and I think applying some of the basic principals here will help me to create a simple structure to incorporate into my revolving door.
